DESCRIPTION

Wellmaster is a liquid conductor system manufactured by Angus and made by weaving synthetic polyester string, which has a high tension module, totally encapsulated in a tough elastomeric polyurethane. Firmly vulcanized to the entire length of the elevator there is a special strip, reinforced, with intermittent rings, to which the cable or power hose is attached. Re-usable couplings with reverse cone type coupling secure the Wellmaster to the submergible pump and to the discharge head, allowing the KOLDA system to perform in a distances up to 200 meters between the pump and the discharge head without additional cables or metallic pipes to support the dead and dynamic load.

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • The same flexible pipe, with its 8 tons rupture strength, easily holds de submergible pump, the column water weight, and the dynamic load.
  • Maximum Continuous Length up to 200 meters.
  • Maximum Recommended Working Pressure up to 180 psi.
